About Thai Mis Delicias
A Story of Flavor, Heart, and Growth
Thai Mis Delicias began in September 2014 as a humble street cart—Star Fry Noodle Cart—sharing bold, authentic Thai food with the New York City community. Every dish was made with love, rooted in tradition, and bursting with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. That simple mission quickly earned us a loyal following and sparked a dream that grew far beyond the cart.
By 2017, our growing community inspired us to expand. We rebranded to “Thai Mis Delicias” and launched our second food truck, along with an expanded menu featuring more diverse dishes and refreshing beverages to keep our guests satisfied and energized throughout the day.
With a growing menu and expanding community, we stepped into catering in 2018—serving everything from intimate family gatherings to large-scale corporate events, always with customizable trays and flexible service.
In 2020, we introduced our third truck, continuing our commitment to excellence, connection, and community even in the face of new challenges. As the world changed, so did how people experienced food. We doubled down on safety, freshness, and service bringing comfort, flavor, and familiarity to our customers during uncertain times. That year reminded us why we started: to share food that not only tastes good but feels good.
2024 – Continuing to Grow
By 2024, we proudly rolled out our fourth truck, marking another exciting chapter in our journey. With more locations, more loyal customers, and even more delicious dishes on the road, this milestone was a celebration of everything we’ve built—from the flavors we craft to the communities we serve.
As we expanded our reach, we remained grounded in the core values that shaped us from the start: quality, community, and flavor.

At the heart of Thai Mis Delicias is Chef Segundo H., a culinary expert with over 27 years of experience in Thai cuisine. Working alongside him is Sub-Chef Rafael J., who brings 15 years of experience and a shared passion for authentic Thai flavors.
Together, their deep knowledge of traditional Thai techniques and relentless dedication to flavor define every dish we serve. From street-style classics to modern meal prep creations, every meal reflects their commitment to quality and heart.
